Star Wars: The Old Republic Cost Almost $200 Million

That's a lot of trips on the Millennium Falcon!

 Some surprising numbers about BioWare's massive MMO Star Wars: The Old Republic have emerged. Via the LA Times, the production cost for The Old Republic is reportedly just shy of US $200 million. The cost isn't so surprising when you factor in that almost 1000 voice actors were hired to bring 4000 characters to life.

Whether you like the genre or not, The Old Republic is impressive. IGN's Star Wars: The Old Republic review was very positive, and BioWare has added new content already, with more on the way. That said, it's also got its fair share of glitches.
